Sledding Hills
Experience the great outdoors on one of the City of Ottawa’s 50 approved sledding hills.
Choose a smaller hill in your community or try one of these larger hills:
- East
Old Tenth Line (Tenth Line & St. Joseph)
Loyola (Montreal Rd & Loyola Ave) - South
Mooney’s Bay Park (River Road & Hogs Back) - West
Bridlewood (Terry Fox & Walter Baker) - Central
Carlington Park (Carling & Clyde)

Play Safe
- Before you go sledding or skating check the weather and physical conditions of the hill or ice surface to ensure it is safe.
Don’t Use your Brains for Brakes!
- Wear a CSA approved helmet, especially children.
