Good Day,
It’s time to unwind a little after hectic but fun work before and during Indonesian Nigh 2012 (IN2012).
ICC will have picnic together with Ottawa Scholarship and Pengajian Ottawa at Vincent Massey park http://www.canadascapital.gc.ca/places-to-visit/parks-paths/vincent-massey-park
We will take Section C of the park and start around 10AM till completion, hopefully weather will help us to have family fun picnic and outdoor activities at the full blast.
The tentative main agenda are as follow:
- Opening and quick report summary - IN2012 Committe
- ICC award certificate to performer and volunteer of IN2012 – ICC
- Ottawa Scholarship (OS) speech and award to some of early donor for orphanage – OS
- Farewell to family of Herlambang to Indonesia and Soebagio to Montreal – ICC/Pengajian Ottawa
- Welcome to Ottawa newcomer
- Family and kid games, song and free entertainment
- Lunch – Potluck, water will be available
- Dissolution of IN2012 Committee and picture together – ICC
- Closing
